GOZOOP acquires Real-Time Marketing Agency HAT Media - it’s 4th acquisition

GOZOOP, one of India’s leading integrated marketing companies, has recently acquired the Mumbai-based real-time marketing agency HAT Media. HAT Media and its founder Sunchika Pandey are well known in the industry for its management of the iconic Mumbai Police’s Twitter handle (@MumbaiPolice) along with other government initiatives & organisations.

With this business acquisition, HAT Media’s clients will be consolidated within GOZOOP and HAT Media’s founder Sunchika Pandey will head the Citizen Initiatives & Government Organisation division of GOZOOP as the Group Director.

This is GOZOOP’s fourth acquisition after Red Digital – a social media agency (2013), iThink – a technology development enterprise (2014) and 56 Blue Lights – an event & activations agency (2016). While most digital agencies are being acquired by international networks, GOZOOP has been independently building itself through its acquisitions and international expansions to become a truly integrated marketing company for the new world.
