Nitin Sabharwal joins dgm India as head of operations

Sabharwal is the head of operations and delivery for the Internet marketing firm

dgm, the Internet marketing firm that rolled out its India operations in June 2007, has appointed Nitin Sabharwal as head, operations and delivery. Sabharwal was earlier working for the Indian branch of the mobile VAS and digital marketing firm, Buongiorno.

Speaking to agencyfaqs!, Sabharwal says, “dgm has been looking at expanding into the international markets of Australia, the UK and Singapore. I will be handling business operations in India and the international markets as well. I will be involved in team building.”

Sabharwal has 12 years of experience in the field of information technology (IT) and IT enabled services (ITES) and he has handled the business operations of firms such as Buongiorno India. He has worked with Connecturf, Mediaturf’s Internet marketing arm, for nine months under Anurag Gupta (now managing director of dgm India) as head of business development.

Sabharwal worked at developing customer-centric solutions as vice-president, delivery, for the media production company, Brainvisa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He headed the new media business at Zed-Axis Technologies, the software solutions company he co-founded. He worked at Zed-Axis from November 1999 till July 2004.

dgm India offers Internet marketing solutions under categories such as search engine marketing, email marketing and display advertising, to brands such as Yatra.com, Ferns&Petals, Sifymall.com and Naukri.com.
