Ashok Lalla, leader, digital, South Asia, Mindshare has put in his papers, ending his six month stint with the GroupM-promoted media planning and buying agency.
He says, "The short period of time spend with Mindshare was excellent. I am just looking for other opportunities in another set of environment."
Lalla, who has more than 18 years of experience, started his career in 1993 with Enterprise Nexus Communications (now Bates) as senior account executive. In 1997, he joined Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces as advertising manager. He moved to Times Multimedia as senior product manager in 1999.
In 2000, he once again joined Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces as director of internet marketing. After a long stint of nine years at Taj Hotels, Lalla moved to Euro RSCG as president, digital in 2009. In 2011, he shifted to Mindshare.
