Bharat GuptaTalking about the website design, Bharat Gupta, chief marketing officer, Jagran New Media, says, "Women like to consume magazines, unlike men. So, we tried to move away from a very conventional design. Every story on the interface is in the format of a magazine; so whichever story appeals to the reader, they would click on it. We are hoping this unique interface would help us attract more female viewership. We are uploading all original content and not curating from any other website."

We asked him about a plan for launching a Her Zindagi app for women, he says, "Yes we have a plan in the pipeline, but not now. Definitely once we understand our content consumption, then we would launch our app."
