WPP’s GroupM to acquire The Glitch

WPP’s GroupM, a global media investment group, has agreed to acquire digitally-led creative agency, The Glitch in India. The Glitch will continue to operate as an independently positioned brand, while taking advantage of GroupM’s larger infrastructure and agency ecosystem.

Speaking about the acquisition, CVL Srinivas, country manager, WPP India and CEO, GroupM South Asia, says in a press note, “The communications ecosystem in India has evolved dramatically in the last few years and GroupM continues to lead the market in creating cutting-edge solutions that leverage data, technology and creativity.
