Milind Pingle joins Cargill's food business in India as director, sales and marketing

Previously, he was with the Times Group.

Cargill's food business in India has appointed Milind Pingle as director, sales and marketing, effective immediately. Pingle brings more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing to Cargill and was previously working with the Times Group (BCCL) as director response.

Speaking on the appointment, Deoki Muchhal, managing director, Cargill's food business in India, says in a press note, "We are delighted to welcome Milind to the Cargill family. His immense experience in the field of sales and marketing across renowned consumer organizations will be a great asset for us and I believe his knowledge and capabilities will add tremendous value to our ambitious growth strategy, helping the company in its journey of becoming the leader in nourishing people."

Pingle was the response lead for publications such as Maharashtra Times and Mumbai Mirror during his last stint. An alumnus of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, he has previously been associated with organisations such as Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages and Perfetti Van Melle India, among others.
