The agency has appointed Vanaja Pillai to head its Bengaluru business. Previously, Pillai was executive vice-president, OgilvyOne - Bengaluru. She has nearly two decades of experience in business management and marketing communications. At 22feet Tribal Worldwide, Pillai will be responsible for managing and growing the team's client roster.

Vishal Mehra has been appointed to head the agency's digital planning practice in the North. Mehra, who has over 13 years of experience working on brands across industries, will also be responsible for growing the team and the business for the agency's North unit.

Rohan Talati has been elevated to head the business operations of the agency's Mumbai team. A digital native with over eight years of experience in business development and brand management, Talati will be responsible for growing the Mumbai business as well as diversifying the agency's creative and technology capabilities.

To strengthen the agency's digital strategy function, Ramraaj Raghunathan has been elevated to the position of head, strategy. Raghunathan has been associated with the agency for over seven years and has been responsible for leading new business efforts across agency units. In his new role, Ram, as he is fondly known, will work closely with teams across units and brands, and will lead new business pitches, develop systems/services for clients, and chart growth areas for the agency.

Azharuddin A, erstwhile a new business lead with the agency, will now have a focused mandate focussed on user experience and branded products. One of the first set of employees of the agency, Azhar has worked extensively across business, technology and user experience.
