engage4more recently launched Season 2 of the Corporate Talent Championship (CTC), an inter-corporate performing arts platform. It was launched on June 21 and the finale will take place on the tentative date of Oct. 27. Set to become the world's largest inter-corporate event, it has a record number of more than 200 organisations participating. The elimination rounds will be held in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, NCR and Bengaluru, whereas the grand finale will be held in Mumbai.
More than 15,000 participants are expected to compete this year. It is an opportunity for corporates to engage employees, build communities and strengthen their bond with them through this platform. More than 1000 corporates will be invited to participate, including companies like Reliance Industries, Aditya Birla Group, IDFC, Tata AIG, The Coca Cola Company, PepsiCo, Hindustan Unilever, Tata Consultancy Services, Standard Chartered Bank, WNS Global Services, iGATE Patni, Dow Chemicals and Sanofi India to name a few.
engage4more is still open to sponsors. This year Blackberry bagged the title sponsorship with TVS Motors as the associate sponsor and Dabur and Dr. Batra as the other sponsors. With these sponsors, there will be prizes worth over Rs. 10 lakh. With over 110 events lined up, all the brands will attain a higher brand visibility across corporates during the intra-corporate eliminations, zonal eliminations and the grand finale thereby increasing brand trials, heightening the levels of awareness and top-of-mind recall.
Apart from usual branding, there will be integration of the product/brand during the event during registration, performance, comments, judging, results, etc. Quizzes around the product and brand will also be held along with emcee mentions, lucky draws and various other schemes. Apart from incorporating all collaterals which will be visible to all employees in each corporate, there will also be a product display.

For participants, it will not only bring personal glory but give them a chance to be trained by professionals in the final rounds. Corporates can either participate through conducting a talent hunt in their premises covering a wider spectrum of their own employee base or send direct entries to zonal inter corporate eliminations. Entertainment industry's renowned names will judge this event along with corporate leaders. For the elimination rounds, there will be a basic PA system for dance and music, no music aid will be provided for singing and acting. For the finale, there will be a complete sound system for the participants along with some celebrity performances.
The second season is being held on a much greater scale than last season, which had elimination rounds in just Mumbai and Pune. There will be an extended reach, since engage4more has added Delhi and Bengaluru eliminations, which will involve cities in the North like Chandigarh, Jaipur, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, etc. and also cities in the South like Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore etc. All winners of the elimination round will fly to Mumbai for the National Finale, where engage4more will take care of their TLB. The grand finale will be broadcast on national television. A live telecast will take place on Youtube and aired on radio as well. There will be much bigger names from last year, in terms of the judges panel. This year will also see the introduction of a category, involving musical instruments.
CTC Rockstars, a unique feature to recognise 'corporate bands' will also be a part of the event. The idea is to recognise and encourage these bands by showcasing their talents to an audience beyond their own organisations. Besides profiling the band on the CTC community, the band that gets the maximum likes and shares on the page will also be invited to open the grand finale of CTC. There are no fees for the bands' participation.
CTC will be promoted mainly through social media like CTCs' website, Youtube channel, Facebook and Twitter page. Apart from this it will also be promoted through radio, print, outdoor, direct marketing, etc. It will also be promoted through EVENTFAQS and engage4more's network of clients and well wishers. HR magazine People Matters will also provide publicity to the event.
Speaking about what challenges may be faced, Parashar said: "Aggregation and scheduling of all these corporate events considering timelines, since they are organized at different cities. We have to make sure we deliver these events with maximum employee engagement and set a great overall experience for all participants. We have created formats for each process/task to ensure there is smooth overall execution."
