Cinevistaas Limited forays into the Southern regional content production

Cinevistaas Limited, a Mumbai-based leading film and television production company, is now set to make it's entry into the Southern regional television space after having established their presence in Hindi programming. This marks a new milestone in what has been a spectacular journey since their launch in 1982. From being a pioneer in providing television content to Doordarshan, Cinevistaas Limited has also been a content partner for a majority of satellite broadcasters.

Making a foray into Southern regional television space of content providers, Cinevistaas Limited promises to bring interesting content and programming of international production quality. It has been the producer of a wide bouquet of shows catering to a multitude of audiences across several genres. Their bouquet of successful and widely acclaimed shows range from horror shows, to thrillers to mega - mythological productions and from comedies, from historicals to long running soaps like Gul Gulshan Gulfaam, Junoon, Katha Sagar, Zindagi, Ghutan, Noorjahan, Jai Mata Ki and several others which were aired on Doordarshan besides shows like Sanjivani, Krishna - Arjun, Ssshhhh...Koi Hai, Draupadi, Sanskruti, Jaane Kya Baat Hui, Dill Mill Gayye, crime patrol etc are huge hits on channels like the Star Network, and also across other channels like Colors, SET, Zee TV, Sahara One, Hungama TV and MTV which have been well received by the audience and left an indelible mark on television programming in India.

Cinevistaas Limited has also produced and has been involved in producing and distributing regional content in Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil and Kannada languages more so during the years 1994 to 1996 when they marketed Kannada movies on DD Kendra Bangalore and T.V. series like Kshyanaya Dharithri (produced by Grurdas Shenoy), Gorur Kathalokha (directed by Narasimhan) and Officeyana (directed by T.S. Nagabharana) to name a few. In fact, Cinevistaas has over 3000 hours of television software created and owned by it.
