Cinepolis, the World's 4th largest cinema chain and India's 1st international exhibitor, announced the opening of its 6 screen, 100% digital multiplex at Surat. The multiplex with
1201 seats will feature Hollywood standard 2k Digital screens, 7.1 Dolby digital audio as well as 3-D screens powered by Real-D, the world's most popular 3-D technology. With the recent launch of Cinepolis Ahmedabad in November this year and in Surat now, Gujarat is the only state with two Cinepolis multiplexes.
