Though an agency on board for over 3 years, CREATIVE INC. was awarded the project to conceptualise and give a thematic expression to the prestigious event. The theme this year was 'e-Commerce' as the Tata group invited business ideas from all over the country to be evaluated by an esteemed panel of judges. "The event is an annual feature for the group but needed to add a fresh creative perspective and delivery to attract the right leadership talent. CREATIVE INC. presented unique ideas on the event theme, event design and overall event management wrt audience engagement. The project mandate also had multiple
tiers divided into pre-event marketing and attraction, event theme and delivery and
post-event retention. The agency presented a consolidated communication plan across mediums including print, electronic (promo), digital and experiential, which was the winning factor", added Charu Nathan, the Founder & Creative Director of the agency.
"I believe that an event's backbone is its concept and flawless delivery. Bahnik and Gurpreet along with their respective teams had a complete free hand in creating the right stickiness for this event and that is exactly what they did.
