MintM's Engagement BOTs add fizz to PepsiCo

After Treebo Hotels, Bengaluru-based display BOT startup MintM is back in news with their new success story, this time with an FMCG giant. PepsiCo recently partnered with MintM to launch Kurkure Triangles and Pepsi Black in all major cities across the country. PepsiCo deployed the innovative Engagement BOTs in the beverages category across retail stores. These BOTs could see the buyers, call them out while they are in vicinity. Not only these, but BOTs displayed different promotional content based on buyer's demographics.

Kurkure Triangles campaign ran across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Chennai in 260 stores while the Pepsi Black campaign was run across Bangalore and Hyderabad in addition to the above cities in 12 stores. These campaigns helped PepsiCo gain a lot of in-store customer attention and a successful product launch. MintM BOTs boosted the customer engagement by 4x times. When taken a feedback, the customers felt that the campaign was very effective and unique.
