Anupriya Acharya to replace Divya Gupta as TME head

TME President Divya Gupta heads overseas on international assignment

The Media Edge (TME) will soon see a change of leadership. Anupriya Acharya will join TME as president on March 1, 2005, taking over from Divya Gupta, who has been heading TME since its inception in 1999. & #BANNER1 & #

Gupta will be relocating out of India on an international assignment.

Under Gupta's stewardship, TME has grown to be one of the largest and well-respected media agencies in India. She will be with TME for the time needed to ensure a smooth handover to Acharya.

Acharya joins TME from Group M, where she set up M Consult, Group M's foray into marketing communications consultancy. She was earlier with Mindshare Fulcrum from 2000 to 2004 and brings with her a significant experience in strategic planning, a keen understanding of qualitative and quantitative research, media buying, and 360-degree communication channel usage.
