The newspaper group has decided to woo its readers in a grand style on the occasion of Holi. Towards this, the publication has launched a nation-wide campaign, which will run for three months.

As per the campaign, a coupon will be published on the front page of the newspaper till May 29, which a reader has to cut and collect. Alongside, a coupon form will be published to paste the coupons.

Out of 15 coupons that will be published during the fortnight, a reader has to collect and paste at least 12 coupons and send it to Jagran offices across 16 units to participate in the competition. The winners will be chosen through a lucky draw, and the names will be published in the newspaper.

The contest will be published across 16 editions of Dainik Jagran which includes Agra, Aligarh, Meerut, Dehradun, Bareilly, Moradabad, Nainital, Delhi/NCR, Hisar, Panipat, Ludhiana, Jallandhar, Kanpur, Lucknow, Bhopal and Rewa covering major markets of northern India and some parts of central India.

Speaking on this mega campaign, Sanjay Gupta, CEO, Jagran Group, says "With this campaign, we hope to create new sets of readers for our newspaper, and also increase the interest level among our existing readers."

Gupta adds, "It is indeed one of the biggest promotional campaigns done by a print publication, till date. We are giving away more then 60,000 prizes worth Rs 3 crore."

The prizes include a car, motorcycles, home theaters, DVD players, fridge, colour television sets, cellular phones, gift vouchers from Tanishq and other consumer durable goods.
