RMG Connect bags relationship marketing duties for Trianz consultancy services

RMG Connect has bagged

the relationship marketing and brand management duties of the US-based management consultancy firm, Trianz, in Bangalore. Although neither the agency nor the client was willing to confirm the size of the business, industry insiders estimate it to be around Rs 3-4 crore.

The pitch, held in August, saw five agencies in the fray.

Atul Kaushal, vice-president and branch manager, RMG Connect, Bangalore, says, "We offered the client comprehensive insights into building long-term relationships with the target group. An important part of our strategy will be to develop a complete corporate identity for Trianz."

The communication mix adopted by the agency will include a relationship programme for customers, one-to-one marketing efforts (collaterals and mailers), events, on-ground activities and online activities.

In addition to India and the US, Trianz also has its presence in Japan. The company is involved in business operations consultancy, business process management consultancy and IT solutions consultancy.
