141 Worldwide bags Apeejay Surrendra Group and Mani Group businesses

The marketing services for both projects will include B2B as well as B2C activities

141 Worldwide, the

marketing services division of Bates India, has bagged two new accounts. They are the Apeejay Surrendra Group, including their financial services division, and the Mani Group, a real estate business house.

Confirming this development to agencyfaqs!, Subho Sengupta, group brand director, 141 Worldwide, says, "We have observed that more and more clients are looking for marketing services solutions and the demand is increasing at a huge rate. Our recent wins prove this point yet again because they give us excellent opportunities both in terms of B2B as well as B2C communication."

Renu Kakkar, vice-president, technology and corporate communications, Apeejay Surrendra Group, says, "Till now, Apeejay Surrendra, as a mother brand, has chosen to keep a low profile, as against our sub-brands, such as The Park Hotels, Flurys, Oxford Bookstores, etc. This year, however, we felt the need to change that. 141 Worldwide seemed to best understand our resilient style, which is why they will now work with us on the mother brand."

Kakkar adds, "We were also aiming at a national presence for our financial services division. 141 Worldwide's fresh creative approach to this business ensured that they were retained for both Apeejay Securities and Apeejay Finance."

The second business that 141 Worldwide has won is of the Mani Group, a 25-year-old real estate organisation. The Mani Group has delivered over 1.5 million square feet of developed real estate and is into several major projects. In 2006 alone, the Mani Group will deliver another 1.5 million square feet of prime residential, commercial, retail, IT and entertainment space, bringing its customer base to over 1,000 in number.
