Dhoni scores his third tonne in ad world, bags Exide

After Pepsi and Reebok, Exide Batteries is the third brand to sign cricketer Dhoni as its brand ambassador

Till recently, cricketers & #BANNER1 & # were slowly losing their hold in the ad world just as they were in the field. But their recent wins have got them back into reckoning in the ad world. And the latest favourite is the ace wicketkeeper, Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

After Pepsi and Reebok, Exide Batteries is the third brand to have signed Dhoni as its brand ambassador.

SB Ganguly, executive chairman and CEO, Exide Industries, says, "The power which exudes in Dhoni's batting and wicketkeeping perfectly matches with the image of the Exide brand. Thus, he is a good role model for future cricketers."

The company will soon launch TV, print and outdoor campaigns in which Dhoni will be seen promoting the brand.
