TBWA bags the creative duties for Michelin India

Michelin India has awarded its creative duties to TBWA Delhi. The size of the business is estimated to be Rs 5 crore.

The French tyre giant plans to launch in India soon.

Rahul Chodha, manager, communications, Michelin India, said in an official communiqué, “With the selection of TBWA, we have found a true strategic partner. We’re looking forward to the agency’s strategic counsel and creative work to position and strengthen the equity of Michelin in India and ultimately drive growth across all our divisions.”

According to Neville Medhora, client services director at TBWA India, “Michelin is an iconic brand. It is not often that an agency gets to work on a genuine leadership brand – one that defines the shape of technology and the benchmarks for customer satisfaction in its category. It is our task to educate and raise the levels of market awareness to world standards, while remaining sensitive to Indian conditions. The Michelin team is great: They have very high ambitions for the brands and the business and we believe our inputs will play a vital role in helping them achieve their goals.”
