Sean Colaco, creative director, Mudra, Mumbai, makes an exit

Colaco has been with the agency for a year, but he feels that it’s time to move on

Sean Colaco, creative director, Mudra, Mumbai, has put in his papers.

Speaking to agencyfaqs!, Colaco says, “Working with Mudra was a pleasure, however I have discovered a number of good opportunities and would genuinely like to give them a shot.”

Colaco declined to reveal details about his next move. He is looking at both advertising and non-advertising options. However, he asserted that he doesn’t want to turn entrepreneur at the moment.

Colaco, a B Com graduate from Elphinstone College, started his career with Karishma Advertising (a sister concern of Lowe) in 1994. He then moved to Grey in 1997, where he worked for five years. In 2002, he moved to Saatchi and Saatchi. In his career, Colaco has handled some brands such as Woodland, Kinetic, Ambuja Cement, Ariel, BPCL, Zandu, Godrej, Air-India and Reliance.

Colaco concludes, “My tenure with Mudra evokes loads of nostalgia. I am glad that I am leaving behind a strong creative team. The creative saga of Mudra will continue.”
