Speaking to agencyfaqs!, Ravi revealed the need for the organisation, "Balaji Telefilms has always wanted to foray into this field. They were just waiting for the right moment and the right person to take the endeavour forward."

Ravi asserts that the new company will start pitching for new businesses and accounts shortly. With the full team in place and confident of making it a success, Ravi elaborates on her team, "This whole industry is a freelance industry. So, there will be a panel of freelance directors for the assignments we get. Freelancers are the best talent we can get for our new endeavour."
