Zee Business launches M-Tech Pinnacle Awards for the real estate sector

Zee Business has announced its plans to start awards to recognise and reward excellence in the real estate and construction industry with the M-Tech Pinnacle Awards. The M-Tech Pinnacle Awards will unveil the successes and achievements of the real estate sector, including the construction, building and allied industries.

The awards will be hosted annually and have been formulated to elevate and felicitate men and women who have contributed to the real estate industry in a big way.

The awards come at a time when the real estate sector is booming. “The Indian construction industry is all set to become a Rs 18,000 billion business in the next four years. This will propel our economy in a positive direction with increased performance and efficiency,” says Laxmi Goel, director, News Group, Zee News.

Goel says that the M-Tech Pinnacle Awards will provide the required benchmark for the construction industry since it will recognise excellence.

The awards will be divided into 23 categories under the Technical, Creative and Individual achievements. The Technical achievements will feature awards such as Pinnacle Cement, Pinnacle Paint, Pinnacle Builder and Pinnacle Bathroom Fittings.

The Creative achievements will feature awards such as Heritage Buildings, Pinnacle Promotion – Print, Pinnacle Promotion – Radio, Pinnacle Promotion – Outdoor and Pinnacle Promotion – TV.

The Individual achievements will feature awards such as Pinnacle Architect, Pinnacle Interior Designer and the Pinnacle Lifetime Achievement Award. The awards will be judged on pre-decided parameters by the judges. The jury list includes names such as Ankur Srivastava, managing director, DTZ (Debenham Tie Leung), Dr Darlie O Koshy, executive director, National Institute of Design, and Goel himself.

The last date for receiving entries is September 10 and the entries will be judged on October 3. The awards ceremony will take place in Delhi on October 6.
