It is learnt that Dell will recruit employees aggressively for its Indian operations and almost double its strength from the current 12,000 employees to over 20,000 by next year.

Besides, working on the recruitment ads, the mandate for the agency will be to promote Dell as an employee-friendly company. For this, the agency will launch full-fledged campaigns.

Besides the use of mass media, other media such as outdoor, Internet and mobile marketing will be employed innovatively to reach out to the target audience.

When contacted, both the agency and the client declined to comment on the development.

For the record, Dell is one of the world's leading computer systems companies with a presence throughout the globe.
