Amit KumarKumar, a management graduate from IMT, Ghaziabad, of the 1992 batch, started his career at Leo Burnett, Mumbai. Soon he moved to Delhi and worked with PSL McCann and later with Triton. He has also spent six years in FCB-Ulka. In the advertising sector, Kumar has donned many roles - in media planning, research, client servicing and account planning.
Says Kumar, "I have enjoyed being in the advertising industry. Though increasingly, I have felt that agencies need to communicate beyond TVCs and press ads. Mudra wants to create a structure which goes beyond the usual advertising. We shall work towards finding media neutral solutions. The media approach to brand building is what I shall be working on."
