Madison bags EMCO transformers business

The business was won through a multi-agency pitch in which four-five agencies took part

Industrial Transformers and Electronic meters brand EMCO has awarded its creative as well as media duties to Madison. The business was won following a multi agency pitch, which saw the participation of around 3-4 agencies.

EMCO, which is a supplier to power generation and distribution companies, now plans build equity for its brand. The brand is also not very popular among end consumers in spite being one of largest manufacturers of transformers in the country. It is also one of the leading solution providers to power sector.

Madison’s job will to help EMCO achieve this objective and reach out to the investors, as well as it clientele. It plans to use mass media platform such as television and print, and even the ambient media.

In fact, EMCO’s competitors in the market such as ABB, BHEL, Crompton Greaves and Aviva have already successfully built their brand in the market.
