Narayan says his movement to 141 Sercon is a matter of sheer coincidence. “I had this idea lurking in my mind for quite some time,” he says. “Luckily, an opportunity came by and I grabbed it.”
Narayan will look after CRM (Customer Relationship Management), response marketing and loyalty. He will be making contributions to the knowledge management process within the organisation, besides pitching for new businesses on the telecom vertical. He believes that planning as a discipline is the lesser-known creative function in the BTL space. In a way, he will make efforts to make it a dominant function.
In his career span, Narayan has worked on brands such as Compaq, Bank of America, Escotel, Spice Telecom, ITC, Coats, Monster.com, Hutch and Ford.
