G Srinath, who was the acting branch head for Mudra’s Kochi branch, has put in his papers. He was unavailable for comment and his next destination is not known. At Mudra, Kochi, he was responsible for the agency’s new businesses and for consolidating the strengths of his team in order to achieve organisational goals.

Srinath has been associated with Mudra’s Kochi branch for more than a decade. Recently, he was instrumental in winning the Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT) business for the agency. HLFPPT is an NGO responsible for the planning and implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention and care programmes, and for the social franchising of clinical healthcare.

Some of the other businesses Srinath has worked on during his tenure at Mudra, Kochi, are Manorama Classifieds, Federal Bank, Muthoot Finance, Greojit Financial Services and Pankaj Kasturi.

In all, Srinath has more than 18 years of experience in both advertising and sales. He started his career in sales with ITC. Later, he was associated with the sales operations of Shaw Wallace (now under the UB Group banner).
