Grey Worldwide's Sanjay Menon moves on

Menon handled the creative functions of the South as a whole. Recently, Anil Rajagopal, who was responsible for looking after the client services and other operational functions for the agency, had also put in his papers

Sanjay Menon, associate vice-president and regional creative director, Grey Worldwide, Bangalore, has put in his papers. This comes shortly after the resignation of Anil Rajagopal, branch controller, Grey Worldwide, Bangalore. While Menon handled the creative functions of the South as a whole, Rajagopal was responsible for client services and other operational functions of the agency.

Menon has spent close to 12 years with Grey Worldwide. In all, he has 15 years of experience in advertising. He started his career with Grey Worldwide, Kolkata, and later also worked with Grey, Delhi and Mumbai. In between, he was associated with Lintas (Lowe) for a short time. Menon's next destination is not known and he was not available for comment.

Anil Rajagopal
Rajagopal has close to 14 years of experience in advertising and communication. He started his career in marketing with a firm called Harry Collections in Mumbai and was there for three years. Later, he moved to programming and worked with Asianet Communications for 6-7 months. Grey Worldwide was his third company, and he has been associated with it for a decade.

Some of the brands Menon and Rajagopal have together worked on at Grey Worldwide, Bangalore, are Britannia, ITC, Work Hard Hospitals, Trianz, Arvind Mills, Nitesh Infrastructure and Muthoot Hospitality.
