B6 Integrated Entertainment is present in seven countries, and has beefed up the portfolio of Havas Media in India with its entry

Media, the umbrella media brand of the Havas Group, has brought B6 Integrated Entertainment, the branded entertainment network, to India. While B6 shares characteristics with both creative and media agencies, it positions itself as a content agency.

B6 will focus on product placement and on integrating, creating and delivering new content for clients through six key media channels - film, television, radio, digital, print and events. It is present across Europe, North America and Latin America, with offices in the UK, US, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Argentina and Chile.

With the foray of B6 in India, Havas Media's existing portfolio in the country, which includes MPG, Media Contacts and Havas Sports, has expanded. It has been launched in response to client demand for a full-service, integrated entertainment network that complements existing services in traditional media, digital media and sports marketing.

The clientele of B6 Integrated Entertainment across the globe comprises of Clickair (Spain), Toyota (Portugal), Mango (Spain), Louis Vuitton (France), Danone (France, Portugal, Spain), Orange (France, Spain), Coca-Cola (Argentina, France), DEVK (Germany), Carolina Herrera (Argentina), Barclay Global Investors (Germany) and Renault (Argentina, Portugal).

With the launch of B6 in India, Mozez Singh and Djitisha Bhonsle have been appointed as vice-president and business director, respectively. Singh will lead the strategic development of B6 and Bhonsle will be responsible for day to day operations. Both will report to Anita Nayyar, CEO, MPG, India.

Singh's previous role was that of head of production for the Angelina Jolie movie, 'A Mighty Heart - The Daniel Pearl Story', produced by Paramount Studios Plan B (Brad Pitt's new production company). He also has experience as a writer and producer-director in Bollywood. Bhonsle, on the other hand, has worked at Mukta Arts and Indian Express, where she was responsible for managing corporate events and the 'Screen' brand.

Guy Champniss, global director, B6 Integrated Entertainment says, "Indian film and television is growing at a phenomenal rate and it is vital that B6 continues to offer its advertisers content-driven opportunities in India, as it has been doing for its clients across the world." With the new appointments in place, B6 hopes to develop industry-defining strategies for both local and international clients.
