and Connecturf will be launching a joint venture interactive agency called Clickstreamers. Connecturf is a 360-degree interactive company specialising in digital marketing, online research and intelligence and digital technology solutions.
The new company, Clickstreamers, will launch a suite of services, including Internet media-buying, interactive content development, ad-serving, campaign management, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), mobile marketing, on-line gaming solutions, reports and analytics.
The JV will provide Dentsu's Indian client base with a complete range of interactive and digital media services. The joint-venture company will be headed by Takashi Koyanagi, head of Dentsu Digital. Dentsu India will hold 51 per cent equity and Connecturf, 49 per cent equity, in the new entity. Clickstreamers will formally launch commercial operations on October 21.
Takashi Koyanagi, head of Dentsu Digital, says, "The JV company will leverage the infrastructure and knowledge base of the parent companies to offer a full platter of services to our clients from day one. We will use Dentsu's infrastructure to build our footprint in cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Dubai within the next three months."

The JV is likely to have a substantial potential with the two partners joining hands."
