HUL has appointed producer-director Karan Johar as the brand ambassador for its beverage brand, Bru Cappuccino
Hindustan Unilever Ltd’s flagship coffee brand, Bru, has announced Karan Johar as the official brand ambassador for Bru Cappuccino. Johar will kick off this new association with Bru Cappuccino’s ‘One is Not Enough Festival’ in Delhi.
Commenting on Johar’s association with Bru, Vikram Grover, category head, beverages, says, “Whatever be the role and situation, India’s most versatile director, producer and television host Karan Johar has created special moments for Indian families with his movies, style and persona. He has a pulse of what the youngsters want to see and hear and has emerged as a perfect brand fit for Bru Cappuccino.”

Apart from the ‘One is Not Enough Festival’ in Delhi, the media mix consists of a show on MTV called ‘MTV Flirtbook’, which is sponsored by Bru Cappuccino. The show will dwell on flirt tips and flirty one-liners, and hopes to be a hit with the youth.
This is the second commercial to feature the ace director. Johar was last seen in the Dulux paint commercial.
