DB Realty appoints Rediffusion as its creative agency

Following & #BANNER1 & # a multi-agency pitch, Rediffusion DY&R has been appointed the creative agency for the prestigious DB Realty account, a player in the real estate sector. The size of the business is estimated to be Rs 10-15 crore.

Rediffusion DY&R will provide all the creative solutions required to accelerate the company's growth in the space. Talking of the account win, Mahesh Chauhan, president, Rediffusion DY&R, says, "We will exercise our expertise to capitalise on their expectations and provide all the required creative solutions that will work in their favour."

Commenting on this, Vinod Goenka, chairman, DB Realty, adds, "Rediffusion DY&R was the agency of choice as they are not only optimistic, but are grounded with plans and concepts, solutions and ideas that are innovative and have a unique capability to understand our business and perform on set deliverables."

"The brief offered to us delved on creating a unified identity. In our immediate campaigns, too, we will focus on that idea," shares Bimal Nair, executive vice-president, Rediffusion DY&R.

Print and outdoor will be employed mainly in the media mix for DB Realty, "though we cannot rule out television", says Nair. It was too early to comment on the exact communication strategy, he added.

DB Realty, a part of the Dynamix Balwas Group, has expertise in all types of construction like residential, IT parks, retail, commercial and hospitality. Some of the prominent buildings constructed by the company are Le Royal Meridien, Milan Mall, Orchid City Centre Mall, Shagun Mall, Orchid Woods and Orchid Park.
