The male hair care brand will be endorsed by both Sreesanth and Yuvraj Singh

Parachute & #BANNER1 & # Advansed Aftershower, a range of healthy hair styling products from Marico, has signed on cricketer Sreesanth, who will join the current brand ambassador, Yuvraj Singh, as the brand's second brand ambassador.

Marico is seeking to cash in on the two cricketers' heart winning performance in the Twenty20 tournament in South Africa. Deepika Padukone, the young actress who made her debut recently in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer, Om Shanti Om, is the brand ambassador for Parachute Advansed hair oil.

The Parachute Advansed Aftershower range aims to meet the everyday hair grooming needs of stylish men. Singh and Sreesanth, both icons in their own right, fit the stylish and sporty code of the brand

Both ambassadors with product
"Yuvraj's style and understated aggression, combined with Sreesanth's fire and his lively persona, makes them a dynamic and entertaining duo," says a Marico official. They will be seen fighting dandruff and keeping their hair in style by using Parachute Advansed Aftershower anti-dandruff cream in the new commercial.

Sreesanth says, "It is great associating with Parachute Advansed Aftershower anti-dandruff cream. Cricket is my life, but the everyday exposure to sunlight, dust and pollution can lead to unhealthy hair and dandruff." Singh says, "It is great to have Sreesanth with me for Parachute Advansed Aftershower anti-dandruff cream. Now, with both of us jointly promoting it, we would expect more young men to start using it."

This is not the first time two brand ambassadors are endorsing the same brand. Pantaloons started the trend by using actors Bipasha Basu and Zayed Khan in its first campaign; its current brand ambassadors are actors Lara Dutta and Bobby Deol. Kingfisher made Padukone its second brand ambassador along with model Yana Gupta. And recently, Videocon cashed in on both movies and cricket with Shah Rukh Khan and MS Dhoni as its brand ambassadors.
