Mudra to build communication for Akruti City

Mudra bags the creative duties for Akruti City. The business will be handled out of Mumbai

Following a multi-agency pitch, Akruti City, a real estate developing firm, has awarded its creative duties to Mudra Mumbai. Mudra vice-president Sanjay Panday confirms the development.

Panday says, “Akruti is one of the fastest growing real estate brands in the country. The category itself is very crowded with a host of developers active in media. The challenge, therefore, is to create a unique brand asset that is sustainable and commands a premium in the long term.”

Akruti City has expertise in developing specialised projects. It has worked on projects such as multilevel automatic car parks, mega residential and commercial complexes, unique state of the art malls, sprawling IT and biotech parks, and new age township projects,

The company currently claims to have a land bank of more than 40 million square feet in prime locations in Mumbai, Thane and Pune. It also has several tens of millions more square feet of land in its projects outside these cities.

Mudra Mumbai also manages the strategic and creative duties for Reliance ADAG, LIC, Godrej, Union Bank of India, the Future Group, MTDC, HPCL, Air India and SBI, among others.
