The digital entertainment company has made three new appointments for HungamaMobile’s international business, domestic business and technology
Hungama, the digital entertainment company, has made three new appointments in its mobile division, Hungama Mobile. Anand Jhingan and Hemant Jain have joined as senior vice-presidents for Hungama’s international mobile business and its domestic mobile business, respectively. Manan Chhatrapati has joined as chief technology officer at Hungama.
HungamaMobile.com is the mobile and digital entertainment arm of Virtual Marketing Pvt. Ltd, which also owns BollywoodHungama.com, Brandingbrands.net, GamingHungama.com and Hungama.com.

Hemant Jain has 14 years of experience in sales, marketing, strategic planning and business management of various digital media and Internet companies. He was earlier vice-president for new media at Radio City, where he worked on the radio station’s future growth and alternate revenue plans. He joined Hungama Mobile in January 2008.
Manan Chhatrapati, who joined Hungama in October 2007, has 25 years of experience in handling the business of software development and telecommunications industries. Before joining Hungama, he was the owner and managing director of PIE Computers and Investments Pvt. Ltd. Chhatrapati is an MSc in biomedical engineering and a BE in electrical engineering.
