JuxtConsult's Website User Friendliness Index for 2008 rates the travel portal,, as the most user friendly website in the category

is the most user friendly travel website, according to the latest report released by JuxtConsult, the online research firm. Other travel sites included in the study were,, and Indiatimes Travel.

The research had the respondents rate various travel portals under 19 different parameters in four categories: ease of access, design appeal, ease of usage and usage satisfaction.

JuxtConsult measures the user friendliness index (UFI) based on usability aspects such as branding, navigation structure and added features, website design, company and contact info, contact responsiveness and technical parameters.
