Banerjee says, "Mohit has been trained at some of the best agencies in the industry. We are looking forward to him infusing some great thinking into the brands and lending them a different perspective and freshness."

Tomar began his career in advertising in 1999 with Meteus Oxygen, an agency which was set up by Ajay Ahluwalia, an ex-Publicis hand. In 2001, he joined Contract as art director. He moved to O&M in 2004. He has worked as a consultant with both agencies. Six months ago, he was designated associate creative director.

In the course of his career, Tomar has worked on brands such as Hindustan, Seagram's, Hindustan Times, Perfetti, India Tourism, Incredible India, Microsoft, JK Tyres and ABN Amro. At Meteus Oxygen, he worked on the Hyatt Regency account.
