The company plans to allocate Rs 100 crore for advertising in this financial year

The real & #BANNER1 & # estate company, Omaxe, is reviewing its advertising duties. It's in the process of inviting ad agencies for a pitch. The company plans to allocate Rs 100 crore for advertising in this financial year. The spends are up Rs 20 crore as compared to last year.

Currently, Omaxe has two or more ad agencies handling its creative and media duties. The officials at the company do not wish to reveal the names of these agencies as it might hurt their sentiments. Omaxe has a presence in 31 cities across 10 states of India. At present, it is working on 54 residential and commercial projects, comprising 23 group housing projects, 16 integrated townships, and 14 shopping malls, commercial complexes and hotels. The gross revenue of the company was Rs 1,732 crore in the last financial year.

The company plans to capitalise on its work and enhance its brand image to a national level. It recently launched residential and commercial projects in Tier II and III cities and also enlarged its presence in South India.

The media mix will include print and electronic media such as TV, radio, the Internet and other promotions.
