Hemanth Shah to join Times OOH

Shah will join as executive vice-president and head, revenue, for Times Out Of Home (Times OOH)

Hemanth Shah

will soon be joining Times Innovative Media Ltd (TIML) as executive vice-president and head of revenue for Times Out Of Home (Times OOH). He was earlier chief operating officer of the Future Group's media business. At TIML, Shah will report to Sunder Hemrajani, managing director, Times OOH. He will look after all of Times OOH's revenue functions and be responsible for generating revenue from current as well as prospective business opportunities.

Hemrajani says, "Times OOH is expanding both in terms of business and people. We look forward to working with Hemanth and are confident that we will gain from his expertise and in-depth understanding of the outdoor media space."

Shah, an MBA from the Institute of Technology and Management, Bangalore, started his career in the early 1990s. He has worked in several companies such as Pantaloon Knowledge Group where he was COO; Hansa Research where he was head of the outdoor project; Madison Outdoor where he was vice-president; Chitralekha where he was advertising manager; and Alban Communications (London) where he was client services manager. But his expertise lies in the outdoor media space.

Shah says, "I look forward to the new challenges and responsibilities, and to adding value in terms of strategy."

Shah is a faculty member at the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and the Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad.
