KS Chakravarthy returns to advertising
Popularly known as Chax, Chakravarthy has joined DraftFCB Ulka as national creative director
KS Chakravarthy, popularly known as Chax in the advertising fraternity, has returned to advertising. He will be national creative director at DraftFCB Ulka.

Chax has been in advertising for more than two decades. His last job in advertising was as national creative director of Rediffusion DY&R in 2004. He spent three years there and left last year. He has worked at agencies such as Clarion Advertising (now Bates David Enterprise), JWT India (then HTA), Lowe (then Lintas) and Leo Burnett India.
In 2001, he took up ad filmmaking and set up a production house called Persistence of Vision, but then returned to advertising.
Chax has worked on brands such as Bajaj Caliber, Bajaj Boxer, Fiat Uno, Reebok, Thums Up, P&G, Complan, Airtel, Tata Sky and DNA.
