Priti Arora and Sapna Ahluwalia have joined in the art department. Both were earlier at VGC
Priti Arora and Sapna Ahulwalia have joined Bates 141 as creative director, art, and art director, respectively.
Priti Arora has more than eight years of experience. She has been with Grey for about five years and has also worked with Enterprise (now Bates 141). She was with Vyas Giannetti Creative (VGC) for three years before joining Bates 141 currently. She has worked on brands such as Indian Cricket League, Lucera, Park Hotels and the Aditya Birla Group.
Arora says, “I had a great time while at VGC, but since I’ve worked earlier with multinational agencies, I wanted to get back to working in one. Also, the clients here are much bigger.”
Rajeev Raja, executive creative director, Bates 141, says of Arora, “She’s got a good deal of experience and a fantastic sense of design.”

Ahluwalia has also moved mainly due to the larger mandate that she’ll enjoy at Bates 141. “It was time I moved. I was there long enough,” she says.
Raja says of Ahluwalia, “She has a few years of experience, but is definitely a promising talent. We at Bates 141 are looking forward to some great work from her.”
He adds, “Both have been added to art resource and will be responsible for raising the art standards and contributing really special ideas.”
At Bates 141, Arora will handle brands such as Virgin Mobile, Tata AIG and AIG Investments. Ahluwalia will work on Radiocity and Ayush (Hindustan Unilever’s Ayurveda brand).
