Sen joined TBWA in July 2007 from McCann Delhi, where he was vice-president, creative. An English graduate, he has experience of 15 years in the advertising business. He began his career in advertising in 1993 as a trainee at Genesis Advertising in Kolkata. He has worked at the Kolkata and Bengaluru offices of Saatchi & Saatchi and has done two stints at the agency's Bengaluru office. During his second stint, he relocated to the Delhi office. He has also worked with SSC&B Lintas (now Pickles Advertising), where he was senior copywriter, as well as with Lowe and Grey in Delhi.

Some of the brands that Sen has worked on are Coca-Cola, Hyundai Accent, Maruti Wagon R, Nestle Polo, Samsung Home Appliances, Nescafe Classic, Wrigley's, General Motors (Aveo, SRV, Aveo-UVA) and Happydent.

Hola joined TBWA last year, stepping in as creative director. With a background in 3D animation and graphics, he spent the first four years of his career designing PC games. However, hankering to be in advertising, he finally started his advertising career with a stint at McCann in 2000. After spending three years there, he joined Contract, where he worked on Domino's, notably the '30 Minutes or Free' campaign. After spending a year there, he joined Grey for another year. In 2005, he returned to McCann and was there till 2007.

Hola has worked on businesses such as Moser Baer, Dabur, Adidas, Pedigree, National Geographic Channel and Bajaj Capital.

On his new role in TBWA, Sen says, "The South market is waiting to be disrupted. My mandate is to continue doing the good work we are doing in the North and carry it to the South. It is an extremely exciting challenge."

Hola says. "Heading creative anywhere is hard enough, but heading creative in a TBWA network agency is an even bigger challenge. It's one of the hottest networks in the world and we have to live up to the name at the very least.”

He explains, “I know that we have the people and the brands here to achieve that. Last year was a watershed in terms of the business wins we scored. This year needs to back that up with outstanding work. That's our reason to exist. Nothing less will do."
