On his reasons for choosing Bhaskar, he says, “HUL is a large company. In it, one can't change trajectories too easily. Bhaskar is an evolving company and media is an evolving industry. At Bhaskar, I find ample space for innovation and creativity.”

He feels that his job is cut out to change the perception of the media industry. “I'd like the industry to take a paradigm shift in its entire approach. I'm currently looking at partnering and co-creating value propositions with the clients, thereby assisting them achieve their business objectives,” says Nair, adding, “I don't want to be perceived as a typical table top media plan for a client.”
