JWT to create a campaign for GoaFest 2009

The committee has also decided the public relations, events and the online technology partners

GoaFest, organised by Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) and The Advertising Club Bombay, decided to get JWT on board to design a creative campaign promoting the festival. It is not clear at this point whether a pitch was called for.

Senior executives at JWT confirm the development and say that the campaign will celebrate creative excellence in the advertising industry. It will take into account the current economic turmoil and the recent terror attacks.

Last year, the creatives for GoaFest were done by Contract. The theme for the campaign for GoaFest 2008 was ‘Advertising Comes to Goa’.
