Close on the heels of launching its new social communication division, citizendentsu, Dentsu India has launched a new customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty practice arm. While the details of the arm will be announced shortly, Dentsu India is already putting together a team to look after the new division, which will operate in the digital and offline space.
Earlier, Sathyanarayana was chief executive officer, Wunderman India, which provides total integrated marketing solutions to its clients. He was overseeing Wunderman's business operations in India.

Sathyanarayana started his career on the client side. His first job was with Canon, followed by stints at Xerox, Digital Equipment Corporation (now acquired by HP), Hutchison Whampoa, Hinduja's and Haymarket. He then shifted sides and joined agencies such as OgilvyOne and then, Wunderman. He has about 23 years of experience in sales, marketing and CRM, across digital, technology, telecom, publishing and media sectors.
