ClozR Communications will focus in the areas of customer relationship management and loyalty practice
After strengthening the team by getting Satish Sathyanarayana as the chief operating officer, Dentsu India has officially launched its customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty practice arm. The new venture, called ClozR Communications, is a joint partnership between Dentsu India and Serco BPO, which is a well known domestic BPO company and is based in 17 locations across India.
ClozR Communications will focus on one to one brand communication, both in the digital and offline spaces, and will work towards creating and progressing impactful relationships between clients, customers and consumers. The services will initially cater to Indian and West Asian markets.
Sandeep Goyal, chairperson, Dentsu India, says, “Pure play ad agencies have traditionally not succeeded in creating enough impact with 360 degree services because their offering is often merely cerebral and fail in execution. With ClozR, we aim to provide clients a deep and comprehensive offering in loyalty management.”
ClozR will be headed by Sathyanarayana and will have offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Dubai.

ClozR has been conceived to deliver next generation marketing solutions to achieve this objective,” says Aditya Gupta, chief executive, Serco BPO.
For the record, Dentsu India recently launched its social communication arm, citizendentsu, which handles government and semi government clients, as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes for its corporate clients.
