Primesite appoints Raza Syed as group account head

Primesite, Mudra Max's out-of-home specialist unit, has appointed Raza Syed as the new group account head. Prior to this appointment, Syed was regional manager and head of outdoor, West with Serve & Volley.

Commenting on Syed's appointment, Mandeep Malhotra, senior vice-president, Primesite says, "I am happy to have Raza as part of the team at Mudra Max. He brings abundant experience in the departments of media ownership, planning and buying, client servicing and business development. I wish him every success in this new assignment."

Syed brings with him over 11 years of experience in the industry, which includes a four- year stint in international markets. He began his career with Mahindra & Mahindra and followed it with successful stints at Emirates Outdoor and Serve & Volley. Syed has worked on various global brands, including Pepsi, Western Union, Nivea, Thomas Cook, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Diageo Radico and Orbit.

He has a BA (Hons) in Economics and an MBA (Marketing) and is keenly interested in the growth of social media.

For the record, Primesite is part of Prime Group, a unit of Mudra Max, whose out-of-home services include conventional outdoor and ambient media. It has an extensive nationwide network, covering over 600 markets.

Prime Group's clients include Zee, Delhi Metro, HT, Jet Airways, Reliance Energy, Britannia, Max Healthcare and Asian Paints.
