Vikas Bhambri calls it a day at TDI International

Though Bhambri has put in his papers, there is still no clarity on where he is headed

Vikas Bhambri, vice-president, sales and marketing, TDI International, has put in his papers. While he was unavailable for comment at the time of filing this report, the news has been confirmed by sources close to the development.

As of now, there is no clarity on where he is headed, once he has served his notice period.

Bhambri holds a degree in engineering and has over 17 years' experience under his belt. Prior to joining TDI International in 2008, he worked with some of the larger organisations in the outdoor business, such as Clear Channel, JCDecaux, and OAP. His first brush with the outdoor industry was in 1999, when he joined MetroMedia Technologies (MMT), a visual communications company specialising in billboard printing, banners and building wraps, stadium and arena graphics.

Before entering the outdoor business, he worked with Canon, WorldSpace and Technology Network India, a business consulting firm.

TDI International India, a specialised OOH agency involved in strategic planning, media buying and creative solutions was established in 1986. Besides owning the rights to some ad inventory at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), TDI International holds sole media concessionaireship of 14 international and domestic airports across the country.
