TAM's AdEx operation of Baroda was acknowledged by a 'Pehchaan Patra Award' from Employee State Insurance Corporation for completion of employee (ESIC) biometric smart card registration within a short span of time.
TAM AdEx Baroda operations, namely advertising and PR monitoring operations comprising 500 members, submitted fresh declaration forms of its existing employees and family members at ESIC Baroda branch office. The Employee State Insurance Act renders certain medical benefits to all the employees in case of sickness, maternity and employment injury.
LV Krishnan, chief executive officer, TAM Media Research, speaking about the commendable feat of the company in an official communiqué, says, "We are proud of our company's achievement. This would not have been possible without the high efficiency levels of our colleagues at Baroda. It is just a reiteration of our focus internally - employee welfare and efficiency."
TAM was awarded the second best organisation in Baroda for efficiently completing the ESIC smart card registration amongst 4423 companies in the race.
"We appreciate this recognition conferred upon us by the government. TAM is committed to execute welfare to every associate who is a part of its family. The consistent and systematic compliance with the ESIC biometric card project implementation is one of the various measures we use in this regard," says K Uday Rao, vice-president, Baroda operations, TAM AdEx.
This has been largely possible because ever since its inception, the Baroda management of TAM AdEx has been focusing intensely towards its internal stakeholders - TAM family members. TAM Management has always given highest priority to employee welfare and the recognition provided by the Government of Gujarat becomes one of the corroborations.
