Leo Burnett wins creative duties for Kohler India

The agency will be responsible for 360 degree communication for the brand

Kohler India has appointed Leo Burnett as its creative partner. The account was awarded after a multi agency pitch, which included leading advertising agencies and two rounds of selection meetings.

Leo Burnett will be responsible for 360 degree communication on behalf of Kohler India.

Sharing the reason behind the choice, Vikas Gupta, president, Kohler India, says, "Leo Burnett is known for its ability to aptly partner with brands and provide unique creative solutions that help brands to create a space in the minds of the customers. We hope to achieve the same with Leo Burnett."

An international brand, Kohler stepped into the Indian market in 2006 with its stylish and innovative bathroom and kitchen products. The company is a global leader in manufacturing kitchen and bath décor. The Gujarat unit in India is the 50th worldwide production location of Kohler.

He adds that since the agency has understood the insight of the brand and the consumer, it looks forward to a successful association with Kohler.

Kohler rates the Indian market as a significant one and aims to give an Indian touch to its communication. The brand is available in the market through its specific brand outlets and faces competition from players such as Hindware and Parryware.

The Kohler Group is present across six continents and offers products and services including plumbing fixtures, kitchen and bath fixtures and interiors. It also has interests in power, hospitality and real estate.
