The brand's media spends for this fiscal will be around Rs 5 crore

Following a multi-agency pitch, Onward Mobility has appointed Mudra Max for all its media duties. For this fiscal, the brand's media spends are expected to be around Rs 5 crore.

Sharing the need for a review, Ajay Menon, co-founder, Onward Mobility, says, "With ambitious growth plans, we were looking for a media partner who could add value to the brand, in terms of both communication and media choices. Hence, we decided to call for a pitch."

Menon adds that Mudra Max has been chosen as the preferred agency, because of the understanding it has of the telecom sector; its knowledge of how to strategically deliver eyeballs; and because it demonstrated high cost-efficiencies amongst the media recommended for the brand.

On the win, LS Krishnan, president, Mudra Max Media, says, "When we pitch for any account, we concentrate on our work. Our sole focus is on how to ensure that our proposal is best fitted to the needs of our client. We compete with ourselves and not with others. It is precisely this quality that makes Mudra Max the best in the industry."

While talking about the media mix for Onward Mobility, Krishnan explains, "It is going to be an interesting mix. Onward Mobility is looking forward to a combination of mass media and digital. The campaign will be out soon; and will prove once again the expertise of Mudra Max in creating campaigns that are not only beneficial to our clients, but also create benchmarks."

Onward Mobility, under its brand name, Mobi, has already made its presence felt across the country through its 10,000 outlets. The brand is a major provider of mobile phone applications.
